Baseball Recap: Brookville Comes Up Short

Brookville entered their matchup against Jefferson Forest on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bees fell 7-2 to the Cavaliers. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor in this series.

Brookville saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mason Coleman, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Brookville's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Jefferson Forest, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 13-2.
