Volleyball Recap: Brock Beats North Central Texas Academy for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Brock entered their tilt with North Central Texas Academy on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Pioneers by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Brock had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-17, 25-21, 25-17.

Tynleigh Donaldson paced Brock's offense, picking up 20 kills. Donaldson got some help from Macey Brim and her 28 assists. Paisley Parish controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Brock's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for North Central Texas Academy, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-2.

Brock has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Boyd on the 16th. As for North Central Texas Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Tolar on the 16th.
