Montclair owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Nogales Nobles by a score of 5-0. The Cavaliers haven't had any issues with the Nobles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Chris Casey got the start for Montclair and what a start it was: he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. Marco Zambrano relieved him and did a solid job, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Andrew Calderon, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Jacob Villalobos, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

Montclair's win bumped their record up to 3-0.
