Gulf Shores entered their tilt with Baldwin County on Thursday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Tigers. The Dolphins not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 2nd (when they won 3-0).

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Gulf Shores took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-13, 25-15.

Gulf Shores' win bumped their record up to 22-5. As for Baldwin County, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-16.

Looking ahead, Gulf Shores will head out to take on Bayside Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Baldwin County, they will face off against Bob Jones at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
