Emmanuel Christian and Rogers are an even 3-3 against one another since May of 2021, but likely not for long. The Warriors will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Rams at 5:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Emmanuel Christian is headed into the match having just suffered their biggest loss since April 25, 2024 on Monday. They lost 10-3 to Evergreen. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Warriors' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Maggie Woodward spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and eight unearned) runs on ten hits and racked up 12 Ks. Those 12 strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.
On the hitting side, Paris Foster and Ariella Morris stepped up to the plate in a big way. Foster scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Morris went 3-for-4 with one triple, one double, and one RBI. Foster is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played.
Meanwhile, Rogers came up short against Waite on Wednesday, falling 22-8. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Rams have suffered against the Indians since April 26, 2018.
Da'Mya Boles was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Kaimonie Hughes also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.
Rogers' loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 3-4. As for Emmanuel Christian, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-2.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Friday as neither team is afraid to steal. Emmanuel Christian has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 6.8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Rogers struggles in that department as they've been averaging 6.1 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Emmanuel Christian took their win against Rogers in their previous matchup on Friday by a conclusive 14-2 score. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
