It's playoff time, and Stacey had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Sonora Broncos by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. The victory is more of the same for the Eagles, who have now won six matches in a row.

Stacey had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final set scores wound up at 11-25, 25-19, 25-17, 25-23.

Sonora's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dianna Silva, who had 19 digs and three aces. Molly Hunt was another key player, getting 15 assists, 11 digs, and two aces.

Stacey didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Taft on the 2nd. Sonora does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
