Soccer Recap: Hillsboro Takes a Loss

After soaring to seven goals the game before, Hillsboro was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They fell 3-1 to the Jackson Ironman/Ironladies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Jackson this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 on September 11th.

Hillsboro's goal came courtesy of Kobie Miles, who's now up to 26 this season.

Hillsboro's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Jackson, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5-2.

Hillsboro has already played their next matchup, a 4-3 loss against McClain on the 2nd. As for Jackson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 9-3 win against Chillicothe on the 2nd.
