Football Recap: Wauseon Comes Up Short

There was early excitement for Wauseon after they claimed the first score on Friday, but it was Eastwood who ended up claiming the real prize. The Indians lost 35-13 to the Eagles. The contest was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly the Indians struggled afterwards.

Wauseon is on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3. As for Eastwood, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Wauseon and Eastwood will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Indians are set to take on their familiar foe Evergreen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Eastwood will challenge rival Rossford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
