Volleyball Recap: Pleasant Starts off Right with Win over Buckeye Central + How To Watch

Pleasant gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Buckeye Central Bucks.

Pleasant was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-14, 25-13, 25-10.

Kamryn Cocherl paced Pleasant's offense, picking up 28 kills. Cocherl got some help from Macy Hamper and her 22 assists. Cocherl was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

When it comes to explaining why Buckeye Central lost, don't look at Olivia Bishop. Despite the final result, she had 12 digs.

Buckeye Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Pleasant wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against River Valley on the 20th. As for Buckeye Central, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Delaware Christian on the 23rd.
