Bay had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They secured a 72-66 W over Elyria Catholic on Tuesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
It was another big night for Evan Alexy, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Max Cockburn, who scored 15 points.
Meanwhile, Cuyahoga Heights unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of Brooklyn by a score of 46-44. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Cuyahoga Heights has scored all season.
Bay's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Cuyahoga Heights, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-2.
