Machias is 9-1 against Jonesport-Beals since September of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Bulldogs will welcome the Royals at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

While Jonesport-Beals was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-10, 25-12.

Machias' defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Jonesport-Beals, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.
