Wetumpka is 9-1 against Stanhope Elmore since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Stanhope Elmore was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They came up short against Benjamin Russell, falling 5-0. The shutout was out of character for Stanhope Elmore seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Stanhope Elmore's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9-1. As for Wetumpka, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11-1.

Wetumpka was able to grind out a solid win over Stanhope Elmore when the teams last played back in March, winning 4-2. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
