Fowler's Austin Cook recorded the longest rushing play in Central Michigan this season in his game against Bath last week. Cook ran for 65 yards on the play and finished with 261 on the day as his team beat the Fighting Bees.
Laingsburg moved up to 378 from 425 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Wolfpack were able to move up by beating Fulton 14-0.
Fowler's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Eagles feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Mason Miller has thrown for 333 yards and 2 touchdowns this season, while Thomas Horak has 6 catches for 177 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Pewamo-Westphalia takes on the Pirates. At the moment, the Pirates are in first, while Fulton is in third.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Pewamo-Westphalia takes on John Winkler's team. Jeremy Miller's team has allowed 27 points this season, while the Pirates have given up 82.
Adding to the longest winning streak in Central Michigan this week, the Pirates beat Dansville 35-6,. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
