Softball Recap: Central Valley Comes Up Short

Central Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 18-1 to the Mt. Spokane Wildcats. If the Bears were looking for revenge after losing 17-0 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Central Valley now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for Mt. Spokane, the win keeps they at an undefeated 9-0.

Coincidentally, Central Valley and Mt. Spokane will both be playing Shadle Park the next time they take the field. The Wildcats will host the Highlanders at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Bears will host them at 4:00 p.m. on the 14th.
