Nipomo won the last time they faced Cabrillo and things went their way on Thursday too. The Titans were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Conquistadores.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-10, 25-14.

Sara Soranzo was the offensive standout of the game as she had four digs and three aces.

Soranzo wasn't the only good server: Nipomo was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Cabrillo only served four aces.

The win got Nipomo back to even at 1-1. As for Cabrillo, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Nipomo has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Dos Pueblos on the 23rd. As for Cabrillo, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Reedley on the 22nd.
