Softball Recap: Bath Comes Up Short

Bath fell victim to Memorial and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roughriders. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Wildcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Bath's defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-3. As for Memorial, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.

Bath has already played their next game, a 7-0 loss against Ayersville on the 12th. Memorial has also already played their next match (against Ottoville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
