Recap: Lake Blue Streaks vs. Perry Panthers
The Lake Blue Streaks were the 73-36 winner over the Perry Panthers when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Lake took a 45-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of Perry on Friday. Lake has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Perry to victory, but perhaps none more so than Drake Jacobsen, who scored 14 points. Luke Wolf was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 6 rebounds.
Lake's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Perry, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake will take on McKinley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Perry, they will be playing in front of their home fans against GlenOak at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
