Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Tolland walked away with it. They never let the Norwich RVT Warriors get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory on Wednesday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by six runs or more this season.

Tolland is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Norwich RVT, the defeat snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 14-6 record.

Coming up, Tolland will face off against Woodland Regional on Friday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their 25th straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. Norwich RVT does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
