Caleb McNickle has led Mt. Carmel in total tackles on the season and he led the team again on Friday. McNickle made 15 total tackles (4.0 for loss) and defended one pass, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. McNickle is crushing it when it comes to total tackles: he's made at least five every time he's taken the field this season.

Looking ahead, McNickle and Mt. Carmel will square off against Patrick Henry at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Sundevils are a perfect 4-0 against the Patriots going back to August of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
