The team also got some help courtesy of Lexi Bauman, who had 12 digs and two aces.
This is the second loss in a row for Sioux Valley and nudges their season record down to 19-5. As for Chester, their win was their 21st straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 24-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sioux Valley's road trip will continue as they head out to face Garretson at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Chester, they will head out to face off against Arlington at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
