Basketball Recap: Canarsie's Losing Streak Snapped at Six Games

Canarsie came into Thursday's matchup having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Grady Falcons by a score of 55-43 on Thursday. For the Wolfpack, this counts as revenge for the 47-33 victory the Falcons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.

Canarsie's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Grady, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Canarsie has already played their next contest, a 45-44 victory against Frank J. Macchiarola on the 14th. Grady and Brooklyn College Academy will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
