Basketball Game Preview: Northside Eagles vs. Northside Patriots

The Northside Eagles are taking a road trip to face off against the Northside Patriots at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles have given up an average of 60.2 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

The Eagles were handed a 30-point defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Demons, sneaking past 63-60. The victory was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, the Patriots hadn't done well against the Tigers recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Patriots came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 56-48.

The Eagles' record now sits at 12-8. As for the Patriots, their record is now 3-16.

Everything went the Eagles' way against the Patriots in their previous meeting back in December of 2025, as the Eagles made off with a 91-69 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
