The Westminster Catawba Christian Indians got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the Concord Academy Eagles' two. If Concord Academy were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to Westminster Catawba Christian when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Concord Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Westminster Catawba Christian, they pushed their record up to 7-7 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Indians beat Concord Academy by a score of 8-1 later that day.
