Kinsley entered their tilt with Skyline on Thursday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Thunderbirds with a sharp 12-1 victory. That's two games straight that the Coyotes have won by exactly 11 runs.

Woodrow Lancaster made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Lancaster was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with four RBI, two runs, and one double.

In other batting news, Diego Esparza was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. Parker Burr was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Kinsley's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Skyline, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Kinsley beat the Thunderbirds by a score of 12-1 later that day.
