Preview: South vs. Sheridan
South will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Sheridan at 6:00 PM. Both teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.
Their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to South, but their most recent matchup may have softened the blow. They were able to grind out a solid win over Rock Springs last Friday, winning 14-6. The victory was a breath of fresh air for South as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out between Sheridan and Kelly Walsh. Sheridan blew past Kelly Walsh 30-3. Sheridan were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
