There's no place like home for Grace Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Combine Academy National Goats on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Crusaders, who have now won nine matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

Landon McDonald looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Caleb Ellis, who went 2-for-3 with six RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jimmy Alfonsin, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one double, and one RBI.

Grace Christian's victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Combine Academy National, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

Grace Christian wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 4-0 win against John Paul II Catholic on the 28th. Combine Academy National does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
