Basketball Recap: Farmington Comes Up Short

Farmington has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 62-59 heartbreaker at the hands of the Portsmouth Christian Academy Eagles. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Tigers have suffered since January 17th.

Farmington's defeat dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Portsmouth Christian Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-6.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Farmington will face off against Mount Royal Academy on Tuesday. As for Portsmouth Christian Academy, they will square off against Pittsburg on Tuesday.
