Oyster River and Kennett are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2016, but likely not for long. The Bobcats will be playing at home against the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Oyster River knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Kennett likes a good challenge.

If Oyster River beats Kennett with 15 runs on Tuesday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two games with that exact score. The Bobcats put the hurt on Bow with a sharp 15-4 victory on Monday. Considering the Bobcats have won seven matchups by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Kennett came up short against Plymouth on Monday and fell 8-3.

Kennett's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-4. As for Oyster River, their win bumped their record up to 8-1.

Oyster River got the 'W' when the teams last played back in April of 2025 against Kennett by a conclusive 13-0 score. Will the Bobcats repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
