Volleyball Recap: Stockton Comes Up Short

Stockton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Hill City Ringnecks. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since October 4, 2022, but that streak is no more.

While Stockton ultimately came up short, they really made Hill City work, particularly in the first set. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-11.

Stockton's loss dropped their record down to 8-17-1. As for Hill City, their win bumped their record up to 6-21.

Stockton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Thunder Ridge on the 7th. As for Hill City, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Osborne on the 7th.
