Softball Recap: Beaver Comes Up Short

After flying high against Millard last Friday, Beaver came back down to earth. The Beavers came up short against the Enterprise Wolves on Tuesday, falling 10-4. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since April 29, 2024, but that streak is no more.

Tylee Marshall and Jerzee Beaumont did some serious damage despite the final result: Marshall scored a run while going 3-for-3, while Beaumont scored a run while going 1-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Danzee Bradshaw, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Beaver's defeat dropped their record down to 17-6. As for Enterprise, they pushed their record up to 14-8 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

While Beaver had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
