Recap: Bradford Red Devils vs. Middleton Tigers
Sadly, the Bradford Red Devils are still looking for their first win of the season after 12 games. They took a 40-23 bruising from Middleton on Thursday. While losing is never fun, Bradford can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 368th, while Middleton is ranked 135th).
Middleton found their leader in underclassman Harmony Bell, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ro'naia Talley, who scored six points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Bradford's defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Middleton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.
Bradford does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Middleton, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 58-19 victory vs. West Carroll on the 9th.
