Volleyball Game Preview: Burncoat Patriots vs. Montachusett RVT Bulldogs

The Burncoat Patriots will head out on the road to challenge the Montachusett RVT Bulldogs at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Burncoat sitting on nine straight wins and Montachusett RVT on three.

Burncoat will bounce into Monday's match after beating Douglas, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Patriots blew past the Tigers 3-0 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Montachusett RVT got the win against Blackstone-Millville on Friday by a conclusive 3-0.

Burncoat's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Montachusett RVT, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.

Burncoat took their victory against Montachusett RVT in their previous matchup last Wednesday by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Patriots since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
