Soccer Recap: Niles North Takes a Loss

There was early excitement for Niles North after they claimed the first goal on Saturday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the Taft Eagles by a score of 2-1. Niles North were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Taft apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2019.

Niles North is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4. As for Taft, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Niles North will square off against Lincoln Park at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Taft, they will take on Niles West at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Taft are facing Niles West at the right time seeing as Niles West are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
