Softball Recap: South Fork Takes a Loss

South Fork had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the King's Academy Lions by a score of 7-5 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Bulldogs have suffered since February 27, 2025.

King's Academy has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, South Fork will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Centennial at 7:00 p.m. King's Academy will be paying especially close attention to the Bulldogs' matchup: after the Bulldogs face off against the Eagles, they'll take on King's Academy again at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
