Vanguard College Prep extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Nicolas Murithii. The Vanguard College Prep Lions blew past the Don Pedro Panthers 78-8 on Thursday thanks in part to Murithii, who went 11 for 17 on his way to 23 points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Nathan Muriithi was another key player, going 6 of 10 en route to 15 points and five boards. The game was his fourth in a row with at least ten points.

Vanguard College Prep now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Don Pedro, their defeat was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6.
