Loyd Star found a leader in Carson Cunningham as the team took down Bogue Chitto on Friday. Cunningham made a splash, striking out seven batters over seven innings while giving up five earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. He played a big game the last time he faced Bogue Chitto last Tuesday, so the team probably should've seen him coming. Those seven strikeouts gave Cunningham a new career-high.
