Marquez had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They never let the Orthopaedic Vipers get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Gladiators, who have now won 19 matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Darla Sanchez and Kamilah Amezcua made a splash while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Sanchez struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk).
