Soccer Recap: Williams' Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Northern Guilford, Williams was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Person Rockets a 9-0 shutout. It was an even better day for Addison Durst as she scored three goals for her team.

The victory snapped Williams' losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-3 record. As for Person, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Williams will be playing at home against Southeast Alamance at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Person, they will venture away from home to face off against Northern Durham at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
