Basketball Game Preview: Graphics vs. Wagner Falcons

Graphics will face off against the Wagner Falcons at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Graphics is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 70-18, which was the final score in Graphics' tilt against Curtis on Saturday. The contest marked Graphics' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wagner). They strolled past Laguardia with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 60-42. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Falcons' disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 305th, while Laguardia are ranked 75th).

Wagner pushed their record up to 4-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.7 points per game. As for Graphics, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.
