Basketball Recap: Booker T. Washington Golden Eagles vs. LAMP Golden Tigers
The Booker T. Washington Golden Eagles won the last time they faced the LAMP Golden Tigers, and things went their way on Monday too. Booker T. Washington took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 50-19 win over the Golden Tigers. Booker T. Washington pushed the score to 41-14 by the end of the third, a deficit the Golden Tigers had little chance of recovering from.
Leading Booker T. Washington to victory were Tylizea Sanders and KeAundra Tatum. Sanders scored 14 points along with six assists and five steals, while Tatum dropped a double-double on 20 points and 16 rebounds. Tatum also posted two blocks for the first time this season. Another player making a difference was Za'Dejha Harris-Chandler, who scored two points along with four steals.
Booker T. Washington's win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for LAMP, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-16.
Booker T. Washington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. LAMP also has no future games currently scheduled.
