Volleyball Game Preview: Lutheran Gryphons vs. Riverside Academy Rebels

Lutheran is on a three-game streak of home wins, while Riverside Academy is on a six-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Gryphons will host the Rebels at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Lutheran came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to West St. John. The Gryphons have struggled against the Rams recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Riverside Academy posted their closest win since September 2nd on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Christ Episcopal School 3-2.

Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Riverside Academy, their win bumped their record up to 13-7.
