Football Game Recap: Prue vs. Wesleyan Christian

Wesleyan Christian came into their contest this week averaging 54.60 points per game, but they fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They were dealt a punishing 54-7 loss at the hands of Prue on Friday. Wesleyan Christian was in a tough position by the half, with the score already sitting at 42-7.

This is the second loss in a row for the Mustangs and nudges their record down to 3-5. Prue's victory brought them up to 7-2.

The Mustangs will take on Olive at 7 p.m. ET next week. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close game. As for Prue, they will face off against Depew at 7:30 p.m. ET. These teams both are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
