Baseball Recap: ISBL Austin Comes Up Short

ISBL Austin had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Lexington Eagles by a score of 13-12 on Monday. The Waves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

The win got Lexington back to even at 1-1.

ISBL Austin wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 10-1 defeat against Jarrell on the 25th. As for Lexington, they have also already played their next game, a 13-12 victory against Varsity Opponent on the 24th.
