After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Decorah-North Winneshiek, Chatfield was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They slipped by the Wabasha-Kellogg Falcons 63-62. The Gophers haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Chatfield's victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Wabasha-Kellogg, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chatfield will venture away from home to challenge Triton at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Triton knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Chatfield likes a good challenge. As for Wabasha-Kellogg, they will head out to face off against Lewiston-Altura at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
