Football Recap: Mays Drops Season-High Score on Forest Park

Mays's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They never let the Forest Park Panthers get on the board and left with a 40-0 win. The Raiders' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Mays' defense made their presence known, laying out the QB six times. The heavy lifting was done by Dedrevious Beebe and Montavious Jones Jr., who racked up four sacks between them. Jones Jr. also set a new season-high mark in total tackles with nine. Mays got some further help from Malik Glass: he picked up a sack and made eight total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Mays' victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Forest Park, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
