Buena Vista is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Arlington a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Saturday. The Buena Vista Bison will be playing in front of their home fans against the Arlington Eagles at 1:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Buena Vista's offense. They came up short against Papillion-LaVista South on Thursday, falling 17-0.

Meanwhile, Arlington also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 7-0 to Douglas County West on Tuesday.

Arlington saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Peyton Marfisi, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double.

Buena Vista's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Arlington, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
