Softball Recap: Tri County Area Comes Up Short

Tri County Area was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 34th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Reed City Coyotes, falling 9-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Coyotes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-3 back in April.

Tri County Area's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Reed City, their win ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-16.

While Tri County Area had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
