Basketball Recap: Niceville Comes Up Short

Niceville and Tate squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Niceville had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Tate Aggies by a score of 52-50. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 60-50 last Tuesday.

Niceville's defeat dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Tate, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-9.

Niceville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tate, they will challenge Gulf Breeze on Wednesday. Gulf Breeze has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 176 points over their last three games.
