Baseball Recap: West Seattle Comes Up Short

West Seattle was the 9-5 winner over Nathan Hale when they last played one another back in April of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. West Seattle might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-1 to Nathan Hale, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. West Seattle has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Seattle now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Nathan Hale, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

West Seattle will head out to take on Lincoln at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (West Seattle 3.7, Lincoln 2) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Nathan Hale, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Cleveland at 3:30 p.m. The Raiders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 6.7 runs per game this season.
