Recap: Ennis vs. Crandall
On Tuesday, the Ennis Lions kept a clean sheet against the Crandall Pirates. They won by a goal and slipped past the Pirates 1-0. Sebastian Hernandez had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Ennis.
The victory was the third in a row for Ennis, bringing their record for this year to 5-2-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored nine goals over those three matches. As for Crandall, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
Ennis will be playing in front of their home fans against Red Oak at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
